Welcome to Doncatch Auto Repair. By accessing our website, booking appointments, or utilizing our automotive diagnostic and repair services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Booking & Confirmation
All booking requests submitted online via our booking engine are requests only and are subject to availability and explicit confirmation by our staff. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline appointment requests at our discretion based on shop capacity and technician availability.
2. Service Estimates & Inspections
Estimates provided online or over the phone are calculated in good faith based on the symptoms reported. Actual service costs may change following a physical, computer-guided diagnostic inspection of the vehicle. We will always obtain your approval before starting any repairs that exceed initial estimates.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon completion of services and prior to the release of the vehicle. We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.
4. Liability Limitations
While we perform all repairs to professional industry standards using ASE-certified technicians, Doncatch Auto Repair is not responsible for delays caused by parts shipping, vendor delays, or force majeure events. We are not liable for any pre-existing wear, cargo left inside the vehicle, or aftermarket accessories damage.
